Instantly gives wine an "aged in oak flavour". Gives wine that aged or fermented in oak barrel flavour without the trouble and high maintenance of an oak barrel.
Extracted from French oak. Simulates oak cask aging. Works instantly and can be added at any time. One 50 ml bottle is usually sufficient for 5 gallons of wine.
Mixing Instructions: Shake well before use. Ideal for Brandy, Whiskey, Dark Rum & Bourbon. Add 1 to 5ml (0.03 to 0.17 US fl oz) per litre (34 US fl oz) to taste. Store Spirit for 7-10 days to allow Oak character to fully develop.
