Rich Mahogany colour and a creamy head. Roasted malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted malt flavours, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and a dry finish.

Classic Old Dark is produced from the selection of superior roasted malts, which are produced from the finest South Australian two-row barley. This combination of roasted malts and specially selected hops from Tasmania, provides the full and flavorsome taste, for those who prefer a darker beer style.

Color (°SRM) - 20.3pH - 4.1 IBU - 28

This kit also requires one of the following: either one package of Muntons Kit Enhancer (recommended) or one kilogram of corn sugar or one litre of Hi-maltose syrup.
