CREAM SHERRY

Makes 11.5 litres of wine. No water to be added. Requires an 11.5 litre carboy.

This sweet Cream Sherry style wine has a great depth of flavour, colour and aromas. It is deep amber in the glass with a strong burnt sugar and molasses nose. Take another sniff and you notice subtle tobacco notes and a hint of cherry. With your first sip of this smooth elixir, you are rewarded with roasted walnuts, brown sugar and dates with a sweet vanilla oak on the long, lingering finish. Serve this wine slightly chilled on it’s own or with nuts and cheese as an after dinner treat.
