Protecting Your order
Our pledge of service begins with our concern for the security of your order. When buying something from our On-line Store, please use a secure browser such as Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or better) or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or better). Using such a secure browser will protect your order during Internet transmissions. We use SSL encryption to make sure that your transactions of credit card information is secure. All credit cards are processed via the Paypal gateway. No credit card information is stored on our severs.
Pricing
You can view prices in US or Canadian Dollars but all invoicing and pricing correspondence will be in Canadian Dollars. Your credit card company will make the currency exchange and you will be billed by them in your own currency.

Taxes and Duties
For Canadian orders, applicable GST or HST will be added as required. For all international orders, custom's duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are payable by the customer upon receipt of the merchandise. USA customers should note that most tariffs have now been eliminated by the North American Free Trade Agreement.
Shipping and Handling (S&H)
Shipping charges will be calculated at the check out. We ship by Canada Post to the United States and other International destinations unless requested to do otherwise. We ship by Canada Post in Canada unless requested to do otherwise.
Please Note: Shipping is based on the weight and the dimensions of the packages. Some items, because of their bulk or weight, may incur extra charges. If there are any extra charges you will be advised before shipping and billing.
Acknowledging and Processing Your Order
We will confirm all orders from our On-line Store by e-mail or phone. In order to avoid delays, please ensure that you provide us with a telephone number where you may be reached during the day (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST). Once confirmed, we will process your order usually within 48 hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST). If for any reason, the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of confirmation.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee that all our products are of the highest quality and fresh when we deliver them to you. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your merchandise within 30 days of purchase you may return it by mail for a complete refund. Please contact us before making a return to receive a return authorization number.
Note: concentrates and malts are not refundable if they have been fermented.
Purchasing Terms and Conditions
By purchasing goods from Brewery Lane Ltd., you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the Province of Newfoundland, Canada. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against Brewery Lane Ltd. arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, provincial or federal courts located in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. All goods purchased from Brewery Lane are F.O.B. at our fulfillment center. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.
Brewery Lane collects provincial taxes for items been shipped to Newfoundland and GST, or HST for items being shipped to all Canadian Provinces or Territories. Because we do not have a presence in any other state or province, we are not required to collect state or provincial sales taxes. Please note that, for all international orders, customers are responsible for customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, Brewery Lane cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
