Shipping and Handling (S&H)
Shipping charges will be calculated at the check out. We ship by Canada Post in the United States and other International destinations unless requested to do otherwise. Canada Post Surface delivery is not traceable in the US or International destinations.
We ship by Canada Post in Canada unless requested to do otherwise.
How Shipping Weight is Calculated
Shipping is based on the weight and the dimensions of the packages. Some items, because of their bulk or weight, may incur extra charges. If there are any extra charges you will be advised before shipping and billing.
Expected Delivery Times
Canadian Customers: You can choose from Expidited Ground or Xpress Post. Expedited will usually take 3 - 10 days while Xpress will be 2 - 5 days. Please note that some remote regions of Canada will incur extra charges and shipping times can be up to 21 days.
United States Customers: You have a choice of Canada Post Xpress and Canada Post Ground.
Canada Post Xpress will usually take 4 - 7 business days while Canada Post Ground will usually take 14 - 21 days depending on which state we deliver to. Our Shipping depot is located in Eastern Canada so deliveries to California or Texas for example will take 3 or 4 days longer than shipping to New York.
International Customers: We will determine the best and most economical way to deliver. We will contact you with shipping costs and expected delivery time before processing your order. Take note that you are responsible for, and must pay all Customs fees, duties and taxes imposed by your Country.
Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays or delays by Customs.
Customs
Duties may apply to items which were manufactured outside of Canada and the USA. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes levied by your Country. Usually these charges are minimal.
Some of the Items we carry are heavy and can be quite expensive to ship by Xpress. Please consider this when ordering. It usually takes an extra 5 - 7 days to receive your shipment by Standard but the shipping charges can be 1/3 to 1/4 less than the price of Xpress.
