Shipping charges will be calculated at the check out.
We ship by Canada Post in the United States
and other International destinations unless requested
to do otherwise. Canada
Post Surface delivery is not traceable in the US or
International destinations.
We
ship by Canada Post in Canada unless requested to do
otherwise.
Please
Note: Shipping is based on the weight
and the dimensions of the packages. Some items, because
of their bulk or weight, may incur extra charges. If
there are any extra charges you will be advised before
shipping and billing.
Expected
Delivery Times
United States
Customers have a choice of Canada Post
Xpress and Canada Post Ground.
Canada Post Xpress will usually take 4 -
7 business days while Canada Post Ground will
usually take 14 - 21 days depending on which state we
deliver to. Our Shipping depot is located in Eastern
Canada so deliveries to California or Texas for example
will take 3 or 4 days longer than shipping to New York.
Please
note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday
or holidays or delays by Customs.
Duties
may apply to items which were manufactured outside of
Canada and the USA. You will be responsible for any
duties or taxes levied by your Country. Usually these
charges are minimal.
Canadian
Customers
can choose from Expedited Ground or Xpress
Post. Expedited will usually take 3 - 10 days while
Xpress will be 2 - 5 days. Please note that some
remote regions of Canada will incur extra charges and
shipping times can be up to 21 days.
International
Customers we will determine the best and
most economical way to deliver. We will contact you
with shipping costs and expected delivery time before
processing your order. Take note that you are responsible
for, and must pay all Customs fees, duties and taxes
imposed by your Country.
| Some
of the Items we carry are heavy and can be quite
expensive to ship by Xpress. Please consider this
when ordering. It usually takes an extra 5 - 7 days
to receive your shipment by Standard but the shipping
charges can be 1/3 to 1/4 less than the price of
Xpress. |
