How long will it take before I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 days. See the list below for expected arrival times in your area.

Eastern Canada — 8 days (approximate)
Western Canada — 14 days (approximate)
Eastern US States — 10 days (approximate)
Western US States — 15 days (approximate)

Can I order by phone?
You can order directly from us toll free at 1-877-754-4090 anywhere in North America. We can be contacted by phone from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Saturday. You can also shop 24 hours a day 7 days a week on our Internet store. You will be given an option at the checkout to call in your credit card information.

What happens if you are out of stock on an item?
If we expect the item to be back in stock within three days we will hold your order until then. If there is a longer delay we will email you for instructions.There will be no extra shipping charges for backorders. We will contact you by e-mail before shipping backorders. You then have the option of canceling the backorder if you wish.

Is your site secure?
We use industry standard SSL encryption for all transactions. This is the same system used by all of the major e-commerce sites on the web. View our Security Document for more information.

What taxes do I pay?
Canadian residents, depending on which province or territory they reside, pay either GST or HST on shipping and equipment. Most ingredients are not taxed. All taxes are calculated automatically and will be shown at the checkout.

United States residents do not pay Canadian taxes. The North American Free Trade Agreement has eliminated most tariffs and duties on items shipped from Canada into the US.

What is your return policy?
All items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days if unopened and in the original package. Shipping charges will be your responsibility in this case. All damaged or faulty items will be replaced free of charge pending our inspection. Please contact us for special instructions if you receive a damaged product.

Do you ship international?
Yes, we do ship to international addresses. Please note that there may be extra shipping charges for addresses outside of the USA and Canada. We will email you before shipping if there is extra charges. Your government may levy duty or taxes on some items which will be your responsibility. This is usually a small amount. You should check with your customs office if you need more information.
